WHAT MY CUSTOMERS SAY
Clive demonstrated excellent fault-finding and problem-resolution skills to fix issues with my caravan and car electrics. My 5-year-old touring caravan had recently developed an electrical fault. While all the electrics worked fine on hookup to the mains, nothing worked off the leisure battery. The control panel wouldn't even power up on the battery. Clive identified a faulty leisure battery even though it appeared OK on my test meter. Additionally, he found that the battery terminals were not providing a good connection, so he replaced the connection. Clive connected a spare battery, but the problem wasn't resolved. After a step-by-step check, he found a faulty fuse hidden behind the fuse box. The caravan electrics problem was resolved. A separate electrical problem was that the Caravan fridge would not run when connected to my car. Again, Clive was able to track down the fault, which was another faulty fuse. I'm really grateful for the resolution of two indeterminate electrical faults.
